The Transfer Pre-Orientation Program is a day of activities designed to help newly admitted Appalachian transfer students find the answers to all of their questions and prepare for their upcoming Orientation session. A typical day involves sessions on financial aid, transfer of credit, advising and involvement in campus life. We also have a Q&A session with the transfer student mentors.
Participation in this program is completely free!

As an incentive to attend, Admissions is willing to waive your enrollment "advanced payment" or deposit when you complete your acceptance agreement. If you have already paid your advanced payment we are unable to refund it but that money will be deducted from your first semester tuition.Note: Students attending T-POP will still be required to attend an Orientation session.
